your herbalist
After a BSc in environmental science from McGill University, I decided to further my education by studying Herbal medicine, a field in which I felt I could find sustainable interest and passion.
I moved to Great Britain in order to study at the Scottish School of Herbal Medicine. After four years of demanding full time studies, I received my second BSc, this time in Herbal medicine from the University of Wales.
In addition to various workshop in continuing education that I attend each year, I was formally trained in massage therapy, aromatherapy and plant spirit healing. I find all them very helpful to improve my practice.
I completed with success the validation process put in place by the professional committee form la guilde des herborsites in 2010. This allow me to proudly use the title “herboriste thérapeute accréditée (HTA)”.
I have been doing a lot of volunteer work with la Guilde des herboristes and its professionnal association since I’ve been back in Quebec. This include some time working in the CCHA (Canadian Council of Herbalist Associations).
I help people to find their plant healers since I’ve been back in Quebec in 2009. I work in St-Jean-de-Matha in Lanaudiere, but I can do Skype consultation if you find it more suitable. If that it so, I can either recommend you a good source of plants in your area or post you the plants we agree are more suitable for you.
